All locally registered limited companies in Hong Kong are required to prepare their books of accounts and have these accounts audited as required in the preparation of the annual profits tax returns. We shall prepare your accounts and financial statements and arrange them for audit.

Company secretarial services

This includes (but not limited to) the provision of service as resident company secretary in Hong Kong, filing of annual return and annual general meeting minutes preparation, as well as attending to the compliance with the companies registry's requirements and enquiries.

Taxation (Corporate)

All active companies will be required by the Inland Revenue Department to file their annual profits tax return. Upon the completion of the audit of the accounts, the tax return should be filed together with a profit tax computation.
