Accounting services

Hong Kong companies are required to keep proper books of accounts of all it's annual financial transactions with reasonable accuracy. The accounts must be open for inspection by its directors and auditor. All records must be kept for seven years after the end of the relevant financial period.

I-Venture provides bookkeeping and accounting services in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards in Hong Kong and assist in the preparation of the required audit report which is required to be filed along with a yearly corporate tax return.

Company secretarial services

All Hong Kong registered companies are required to have a Hong Kong resident secretary be it an individual or a corporate secretary for the filing of annual return, preparing annual general meeting minutes and attending to all other compliance of the Hong Kong Companies Registry's requirements and enquiries and receipt of notices therefrom.

I-Venture provides full support corporate secretarial services and may be appointed as the resident Corporate Secretary.

Company formation

Hong Kong's relatively low corporate taxation, simple law, banking and tax system and ease of corporate formation are the reasons why investors have been for years going to Hong Kong for their corporate set-up and investments.

I-Venture can assist in the formation of your Hong Kong company, or in the purchase of an offshore vehicle (BVI, Samoa, Mauritius among others) for all your corporate needs. We can also help in the registration of your oversea company in Hong Kong if needed.

I-Venture also provides nominee directorship and nominee shareholder services. Hong Kong companies are required a minimum of one director and one shareholder.

Taxation (Corporate)

All active companies will be required by the Inland Revenue Department to file their annual profits tax return. Upon the completion of the audit of the accounts, the tax return should be filed together with a profit tax computation.

I-Venture can provide full assistance in the preparation of the tax return and relevant tax computation and all filings with the Inland Revenue Department.
